Topics include exploring your work-life goals; success patterns; how you invest your resources and gaps between commitments and convictions. You become aware of your values and abilities, how to maximize your resources and decide which goals to strive for and at the same time achieve work-life balance.

            You will learn to carve out a place in the workplace to suit your work-life goals, interests, values and skills; match commitments to convictions; manage your self to achieve endurng success and work-life harmony.
